According to Jo Chua:
    "This is a house sold to a Singaporean and the project for this house is completed as it stands. Outside it looks like a wreck but inside, there is a swimming pool with a modern kitchen space and 2 cabin-like spaces suspended above the swimming pool and the front hall.
    "If one were to enter the front door, there is a zen-like garden, complete with bamboo trees and granite slabs for a walkway.
    "This is not Malacca's idea of reuse of a house but obviously it is one of the Singaporean's way." |
