On the far right side of the pool is the Pavillion, where we had the full dinner:
- Spicy Chicken
- Mango Salad
- Prawns in chili
- Green chicken curry
- Mixed vegetables in oyster sauce
- Prawn soup with lots of lemongrass, excellent bity prawns, mushrooms, some very lemony bean-curd textured slices
- Banana fritters - half banana in green chopped something, breaded and deep fried
- Guava custard in two little banana leaf packets, with long straight tuille
